RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel. Please do so within 48 hours of the original purchase date as cancellations are only accepted then.
Custom-made Units:
Our units are custom made and sourcing begins once you place an order this means that ALL SALES ARE FINAL! - Due to the nature of our products and hygiene reasons. We have a strict no refunds, exchange & returns policy subject to some circumstances such as extenuating circumstances that is our fault, such as us sending an incorrect unit other than the one you purchased.
Any issues with your order must be reported within 72 hours of receipt per the delivery/courier company website.
In all other instances, we will do everything we can to rectify any issues you have. For example, if it is an instance where you want to adjust the colour or fit of your unit we will do everything in our power to accommodate reasonable requests.
Raw Virgin Hair Extensions:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item MUST be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at funmimichellebeauty@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item is defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue a refund or exchange within 5 business days.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and have followed our returns policy, we will issue a refund within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued in the same form of payment used to make the purchase.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We cannot ship internationally to a postal box or mailing centre. A physical address is required. CUSTOM FEES may apply. Some countries put a tax on orders that come in from other countries. This is a fee that YOU, the buyer, are responsible for. It is vital to research or have an understanding of the customs fees where you live. Some places require you to pay the fee before you are able to pick up your packages. When packages are being held in customs it may take an additional 1 - 5 days for them to inspect the package.
LOST, STOLEN or DAMAGED PACKAGES:
We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We ensure that all orders are securely and safely packaged to prevent any damage. However, once your package has been handed to the courier, we are not in control of how they handle your package.
You will NOT receive a refund for lost/stolen/damaged packages. Your order will NOT be replaced.
All packages come with a tracking number. Our delivery courier updates the system every time they put their hands on your package.
If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have your package held at your local post office via the tracking website.
